So the exit polls say that Mitt Romney won the white vote by a margin of 59-41. So say the New York Times. While Fox Noise freaks that this is the worst...thing...ever because Mittens still lost the election I'd like to tell the other side of that story.
I am the 41%, and damn proud of it.

You see I am mostly white (mixed with just a dash of Cherokee) and I voted for President Barack Obama. And together with a vast majority of African Americans and Latinos and etc. I am a part of the new governing coalition that just won an election. And I'm damn proud of it.
I Am The 41% and I'd wear THAT t-shirt. I'm sorry that so many of my fellow white Americans voted the wrong way but forget looking back. I'll be back in 2016 and hope that next time I can say I Am The 51% or higher. For now thank you to everyone from every subgroup from our incredible party for getting out the vote and voting forward. Four more years of sanity thanks to you!
